A Cognitive Note From Jane

Posted on by arlen

The fact spammers are so clueless makes keeping them at bay so much easier than it could be. The latest rush informed me that my site was so cognitive that I was going to have a great future.

Thanks, guys. And I hope you have one, too. The secret is to bang the rocks together.

Oh, and my name’s not Jane.

  1. Hi. You don’t know me, but I know you from this: [ http://www.veen.com/jeff/archives/000622.html ]. I not only agree with everything the thinking folks said in this discussion, I’d like to know if there was more said about it and where and if you and some of your contemporaries would be interested in discussing it further.

I’m in web development by way of web design by way of random interest circa 1997 or so, and I think there’s a lot of validity to the discussion of a CMS that employs User-Centric Design principles. I’d love to talk to you more, so please email me back at the included address.

Sorry to hear about your technical difficulties with the power equipment, BTW… I do occasionally read some of the blog of the random person I’m contacting. [sheepish grin]

  2. Hi David,

I’m on the road right now, but when I get back I’ll follow-up with you on this. I’ve noted in the web category here my struggles with some of the CMS’s I’ve tried. Short version is there are some who are on the right road, but we’re not there, yet.
